Student Roost is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Edinburgh accommodation. The role is based at Panmure Court with a fixed-term period in late summer 2026, offering a stable monthly salary and standard hours.

You will ensure a great resident experience, manage inquiries, and support events and day-to-day operations while maintaining accurate records and following established processes.
