F&B Controller – Drive Profit & Stock Control (Luxury Resort)

Job Description

Fairmont St Andrews is looking for an analytical, commercially minded Food & Beverage Controller to protect profitability while supporting world-class dining and events across our luxury resort.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage and collaborating with the Director of Finance, Executive Chef and operations leaders, you will own stock control, costing, financial reporting and purchasing for all outlets, ensuring GP targets and brand standards are met.
