Job Description

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is seeking an Area Partnership Manager (Scotland) to empower and develop debt centres and coaching services across Scotland. You will serve as the primary link between churches and CAP Scotland Hub, driving excellence in service delivery and strong community relationships.

You will inspire CAP workers and church leaders to address financial vulnerability, build local networks, and oversee work in Scottish prisons.
