NRS Dounreay is seeking an experienced Fuel Cycle Area Operations Manager to lead the FCA operations team, balancing workloads and ensuring safety while delivering operational and project objectives across the FCA.

You will oversee workforce planning, capability development and resource allocation in a complex, dynamic environment, influencing performance and shaping the capability of the FCA workforce for national decommissioning priorities.
