Night Warehouse Shift Lead – FMCG Ops

Job Description

Gist Limited is looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager – Nights at the Cumbernauld site to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, drive KPI performance, and ensure safety and accuracy across the distribution centre. You will manage and develop team leaders, coordinate payroll-related tasks, and partner with M&S to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires previous management experience in warehousing, a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement, and
