Farmfoods Ltd is seeking a Trainee Shop Manager to join our Littlehampton store. This 18-month training programme combines practical retail management experience with a Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship and strong support from an Area Manager.

The role starts at £32,648.16 per year with potential to £35,306.88 after 6 months, and includes 30 days holiday, 15% staff discount, life assurance, pension and a generous benefits package.
