Customer Team Leader: Lead Store & Community Impact

Job Description

Co-op Digital in Bonnyrigg is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store day-to-day, leading a small team and ensuring excellent service. You’ll manage shifts, support tills, and help set the pace for a friendly, community-focused team.

You’ll build relationships with customers, support stock control and merchandising, and drive local membership growth while embodying Co-op values. This part-time role includes a 30-hour week with overtime, and a competitive pay rate.
