Residential Team Leader – Youth Care

Job Description

Action for Children in Penicuik, Midlothian, is seeking a Team Leader Residential to oversee a small residential service for young people aged 16-21 with learning disabilities. You’ll lead a team, ensure high standards of care, and support staff development in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) with shifts 7:00-14:30, 14:00-21:30 and occasional double shifts; salary £30,000-£34,500 with on-call allowances. Closing date: Sunday 2 August.
