InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Sous Chef for Kimpton Charlotte Square in Edinburgh. You will be responsible for all kitchen operations, production, and maintaining cleanliness while deputising for the Executive Head Chef.

Join a large, fast-paced team in a central hotel with an open kitchen concept. You should have 1-2 years as a Sous Chef in a global brand, knowledge of HACCP and Level 3 Food Safety, and the ability to craft menus that meet brand standards.
