Specialty Grade Post in General Adult Liaison Psychiatry
Initial fixed term period of 1 year but potential to extend
8 PAs per week / 32 Hours per week
NHS Tayside is looking to recruit a Specialty Grade Psychiatrist to our General Adult Psychiatry Liaison Mental Health Service in Dundee. This 1-year fixed term post will be based at Carseview / Ninewells Hospital. You will work alongside Dr Mitchell Stewart, the Psychiatrist working with the team and supervision from Dr Lori-an Etherington (Clinical Lead)
Whilst this is an initial fixed term post, there will be possibilities to further extend the term of the post within the wider Liaison service.
Mental health services across NHS Tayside are undergoing a rapid and intensive period of service improvement and change, developing new models of care providing modernised first-class services to the population of Tayside. Applicants should have full GMC registration and a licence to practise. Previous experience of working within general adult psychiatry would be expected.
