Job Description

Diodes-Incorporated is seeking an experienced fab defect engineer in Greenock to support inline defect analysis and yield improvement. You will operate, program, and maintain KLA/JoeISEM inspection tools, analyze process abnormalities, and collaborate with production lines and development teams to optimize defect monitoring.

The role emphasizes process stability, yield enhancement, and close collaboration across module and production groups within the semiconductor manufacturing environment.
