Strategic Lead, Equality & Human Rights

Job Description

NHS Lothian is seeking a Head of Equality and Human Rights to provide expert leadership and drive meaningful change across our organisation and the wider health system in Edinburgh.

This senior role will advise the Board on equality legislation, develop strategic plans and governance frameworks, and build partnerships with staff networks, unions and partner organisations to promote a culture rooted in human rights and inclusion.
