Site Manager – Refurbishment Projects (£1-£12m)

Job Description

Watkin Jones PLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead refurbishment schemes valued between £1 million and £12 million. You will oversee daily site operations, drive progress to programme milestones, and coordinate subcontractors in line with the construction plan.

You’ll review drawings, maintain safety standards, and support senior management to keep projects on budget and on schedule. A strong safety mindset and experience in roles like Assistant Site Manager are preferred.
