Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Specialist Palliative Care CNS to provide autonomous, expert nursing care across Lanarkshire. You will work within a multidisciplinary team including primary care and hospital services, delivering complex assessments, planning and evaluation of patient care needs.

You will contribute to education programmes, guidelines, and policies, while supporting bereavement care and collaborating with senior CNS teams to maintain high-quality care.
