Job Description

Action for Children is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Edinburgh and Lothians Outreach Service. You’ll provide person-centred care to young people with complex needs, planning outreach sessions and supporting independence while managing risk thoughtfully.

You’ll work 32 hours per week with 6-hour shifts after school, with options for flexible or casual hours. Training, progression and a supportive team environment are offered.
