Door & Millwork Plant Operations Lead

Job Description

PARR is hiring a Door and Millwork Plant Operation Supervisor to guide daily yard operations, plan deliveries, and ensure vehicle maintenance. This role reports to the Plant Manager and works with plant personnel to maintain efficiency and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a supervisory role, a Class C license, OSHA forklift certification, and strong organizational skills. You will manage schedules, safety protocols, and coordination with drivers across the yard.
