Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Registered Nurse (Band 5) for the Flow Navigation Centre. The role focuses on telephone based clinical assessment, triage, and rapid referral to the appropriate care setting within the Virtual Hospital and Acute Assessment Units.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, support timely patient flow, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism in a digitally enabled environment.
