User Researcher (Intermediate) for Impactful Service Design

Hippo Digital is seeking an intermediate consultant in user research to plan and conduct research that informs product design. You’ll work with designers, product owners, developers and Agile teams to test services and translate insights into client-facing recommendations.

You’ll bring strong user research skills and some advisor experience, with opportunities to develop as a consultant across projects and clients, within a supportive environment that values growth at the intermediate level.
