Wellness Store Supervisor: Lead, Coach & Delight Customers

Job Description

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy store near Falkirk. Working one weekend day with alternating two-day shifts, you’ll cover holidays and sickness as needed.

In this role you’ll lead by example, coach colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service, manage stock with accuracy and visual standards, and complete the Qualified to Advise training.
