Empowering Support Practitioner – Community & Independence

Job Description

Turning Point Scotland is hiring a Support Practitioner in the Dumfries & Galloway area to provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs. The role includes 1:1 and small team work, helping service users engage in hobbies and develop independence, and accompanying them to community activities and holidays.

The post involves personal care and flexibility to cover a rota that includes full-time, part-time and relief hours.
