Job Description

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the Manager’s absence and to drive a first-class experience for customers across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will inspire and coach the team, ensure ovens and displays are well managed, and uphold our high standards of service while maintaining a welcoming shop environment. Availability and a passion for customer care are essential to success in this role.
