Responsibilities

• Help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on a 1:1 basis or alongside others as part of a team.
• Support individuals within the community, engaging with their hobbies and interests, empowering them to develop skills and independence, and promoting overall growth.
• Attend various community groups and accompany service users to activities they are passionate about, including trips to the cinema, morning swims, local groups, and holidays away with us.
• Assist with personal care, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
• Celebrate achievements and milestones, both big and small, creating a rewarding and positive environment.
• Where required, receive an additional £107.60 for each sleepover shift worked on top of the hourly rate.
