Duties of a Mobile Vehicle Technician
- Conduct servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on-site at customer locations
- Operate from a fully equipped mobile service vehicle
- Accurately complete job cards and maintain detailed documentation
- Employ diagnostic tools to identify faults efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions
- Manage workload independently, ensuring timely completion of all jobs
- Adhere to health and safety protocols during on-site operations
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience as a mobile technician or in a workshop environment
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills
- Ability to work independently, managing daily jobs effectively
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
