Lead Repair & Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Halliburton Energy Services in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead repair and maintenance of down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment. You will oversee a team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate inventory and scheduling to meet client needs.

The role requires a technical associate degree and at least five years in equipment repair, with preference for those with management experience willing to mentor technicians and drive continuous improvement.
