Frontline Team Leader – Person-Centred Support

Job Description

ENABLE Scotland is seeking a Team Facilitator to join our frontline management team and deliver safe, person centred support.

You will lead and support a team of Personal Assistants, conduct supervision and appraisals, manage rotas and records, participate in assessments and safeguarding, and work with families, health professionals and external agencies. A full UK driving licence is required. Occasional on call duties and travel to services will be required.
