Senior Manufacturing Engineer: DFM, NPI & Lean (Hybrid)

Job Description

Segment (Twilio) in Glenrothes, Fife, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to ensure product performance, optimize processes, and provide engineering support for defence systems. You will collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to drive innovation, perform root cause analysis, and lead improvement initiatives.

The role requires a STEM qualification, electronics manufacturing exposure, and a track record in lean methods, FMEA, control plans, and cross-functional communication.
