Night Kitchen Porter – Essential Shift Support

Job Description

The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa is seeking a Night Kitchen Porter to join our busy Back of House team to support our award-winning kitchens across the resort. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens and equipment such as pots, dishes, cleaning floors and waste management.

You will play an important role in keeping the kitchens operational by ensuring the chefs have the equipment they require. Permanent Full Time, 40 hrs per week, 5 days out of 7, 21:30 – 06:00.
