Overview

Pertemps is recruiting a Home Moving Technician (Removals Operative, Driving licence Mandatory) to join a busy removals and logistics team in Glasgow. The role involves assisting with home and office relocations, packing, loading, and unloading household goods safely. It requires physical work, teamwork, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

Full driving licence (UK) required. Physical fitness to carry and move items. Ability to work as part of a team and meet customer service standards.

Benefits

  • £13.50 per hour (approx. £28,000 per annum)
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays (33 days total)
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday rota (typically 07:30 – 16:30 with a one-hour unpaid break)
