Hybrid Therapist – LUSH Spa Training Programme, VTCT Level 3 Swedish Body Massage

Lush Spa is looking for passionate and enthusiastic members of staff who wish to train and qualify in body massage with a view to a career as a hybrid Lush Spa therapist.

The hybrid role will allow this person to work within the spa and also display their excitement and knowledge for the spa project while driving sales and business from the shop floor, spa reception or elsewhere within the Spa Store.

This advertisement is for a place on the VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Swedish Body Massage qualification course only. Upon completion of the course, you will be required to undertake a hybrid role within the spa store.

Requirements

• Be fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Have at least 3 months experience working within Lush.
• No previous qualifications in massage required; a keen interest in Anatomy & Physiology is a bonus.
• Be available for 9 weeks of training: see dates below.
• Embody Lush’s five star standards, customer service & ethics.
• Be organized, resourceful and adaptable.
• Have a basic understanding of IT equipment and the ability to submit work online.
• Be proactive with self development and learning.
• Demonstrate a proven record of punctuality and reliability.
• Previous shop floor or spa roles are a bonus.
