Night Shift Operations Lead – Logistics

Job Description

Amazon is seeking an Operations Lead/Supervisor for a night shift in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for team members, ensure procedures are followed, and support the Shift/Area Manager with planning and task execution. The role is hands-on, offering exposure to tools and systems that drive operational success.

You will monitor workflows, train staff, and work with other departments to address issues, using data to improve safety, quality and productivity across shifts.
