Overview

NQ Solicitor Disputes & Regulatory. Ready to launch your legal career at the top of the profession by joining our Band 1 Disputes & Regulatory team in the Edinburgh office. This role offers exposure to high-quality work, excellent training and mentoring, and the opportunity to develop your litigation skills within a collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a broad range of contentious matters, including commercial litigation, professional negligence, product liability, public law disputes and public procurement matters.
  • Support all stages of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Contribute to enhancing client service and the continued growth of the disputes and regulatory team, helping maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence.
  • Collaborate with experienced lawyers and work as part of a close-knit team to deliver first-class legal services to a diverse client base.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor with trainee experience in dispute resolution or litigation.
  • Motivated to learn, eager to develop a successful career in dispute resolution, and capable of thriving in a demanding workload.
