Elite Performance Swimming Coach – Pathways & Development

Job Description

The University of Stirling, in collaboration with Scottish Swimming, seeks a Performance Development Swimming Coach to lead a group of performance swimmers and contribute to HP1/HP2 delivery. You will plan, implement, and review training aligned with pathway standards and support competition preparation.

You will work within an integrated performance team, focusing on athlete development, progression, and wellbeing, while upholding safeguarding and inclusion policies.
