Primary Care Pharmacist & Independent Prescriber

Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde seeks a pharmacist with independent prescribing to join the pharmacotherapy service across GP practices, care homes and related settings.

You will work with GPs and the primary care team to optimise medicines, conduct medication reviews and support discharge communications, with travel between practices and care homes.

Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council and commitment to CPD are required; experience in primary care prescribing is advantageous.
