FOH Supervisor: Dining & Events Leader

Job Description

Heritage Portfolio is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for the V&A Dundee, responsible for overseeing FOH operations across the Tatha restaurant, bar, conferencing and hospitality events, and leading a customer facing team.

The role requires hands on leadership, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to high standards of service and food safety. Hours are with occasional evenings for events, offering training, development, and growth opportunities within the company.
