Job Description

Wilderness Way is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to help children feel safe, valued and understood. You will build relationships, provide a structured home environment and support education, health, and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children in care or related settings, a positive attitude, and a willingness to pursue Level 3 qualifications. Driving licence and UK-work eligibility are required; 21+ years old.
