Citywide Waste & Recycling Centre Operator

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Household Waste Recycling Centre Operative to join a city wide team. The role involves assisting the public, directing traffic and handling waste at sites across Edinburgh, including West (Bankhead) and East (Seafield & Craigmillar).

Working 36 hours per week on a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern (weekend work included), you will follow site rules, maintain safety through risk assessments, and support the weighbridge and booking system as required.
