Funky Pigeon is seeking a motivated Team Leader to support day-to-day operations in our busy M&S franchise store. You will lead colleagues on shift, maintain high standards, deliver excellent customer service and drive commercial performance.

The role involves supervising the trading day, coaching, induction and training of new colleagues, handling stock, merchandising and cash procedures. You will uphold our brand standards and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
