Apleona Hsg S.P.A. in Livingston seeks a Planner to join a local helpdesk team.

The role schedules works orders through the in house appointments system, allocates repairs to trade operatives and ensures activities are completed with a prompt turnaround. You will support resource planning, monitor job status, and keep IT systems and PDAs up to date while maintaining a professional standard of communication with residents, service users, clients and colleagues.
