Youth Intensive Intervention Lead

Job Description

Action for Children in Ellon is seeking a Practice Team Leader to guide practitioners and deliver high-quality, child-centred practice within the Intensive Intervention Service. You will lead a team, develop practice, and build partnerships with local services to strengthen responses to exploitation.

The role is hybrid and part-time (14.8 hours/week) with outreach work and travel across a large rural catchment.
