Real Life Options is seeking a Support Worker for night shifts in Drumchapel, Glasgow. This role is based in supported accommodation, providing one-to-one support to an adult with autism and a learning disability who is non-verbal and uses Makaton.

You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, medication, meals, and wellbeing, while building trusted relationships with the individual and their family within a collaborative team. Training provided.
