Therapeutic Residential Support Worker

Job Description

Greenleaf House in Kilmaurs, East Ayrshire, is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our therapeutic care team. You will provide care and support to young people in a specialist residential setting, working 14-hour shifts with sleepovers, and helping deliver trauma-informed care.

The ideal candidate has experience in residential children’s homes, SVQ 3 and HNC in social care, strong communication and teamwork, and a full UK driving license.
