Join our team at Premier Inn Dundee Centre as a Ground Floor Team Member. Use your customer service skills to welcome guests and support their stay, with responsibilities that may include greeting guests, assisting with check-in, helping with meals or drinks, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service on the ground floor of the Dundee Centre Premier Inn
- Support check-in processes and help guests settle in for a comfortable stay
- Serve meals or make beverages as required
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prepare rooms to a high standard
