About the Role – DFYNE Your Career
As we grow, IT is becoming more important. We need someone who’s ready to take the lead on keeping everything running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This isn’t a scripted support role; it’s a position with real ownership over our everyday IT and a vital part in shaping how DFYNE operates daily.
You’ll keep our systems, devices and users running smoothly – providing fast support, building and maintaining IT equipment, documenting how things work, and continuously finding ways to improve the operation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls
- Provide technical support and manage the ticketing system for staff and the wider network
- Build, configure and maintain all IT equipment and hardware
- Document daily tasks, procedures and ongoing projects
- Monitor system performance and ensure security through backups, updates and patches
- Coordinate with vendors and manage IT-related procurement
Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Good communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-moving environment

Experience Needed
We don’t hire based solely on experience; however, for this role, previous experience in IT Administration or a similar role is desirable. Ideally, candidates will have around 3 years of experience.
