Job Description

Change Grow Live is recruiting a Homeless Outreach Worker to join our Manchester Service. You will conduct street outreach, identify and engage rough sleepers, and support transitions into settled accommodation.

You will collaborate with drug, alcohol and mental health services to ensure access to treatment and advocate for service users. We value empathetic, patient communicators with experience in multi-agency work and safeguarding.
