Care Coordinator – Home Care Scheduling & On-Call

Job Description

Call-In Homecare Limited is recruiting a Homecare Coordinator for our Scotland services. The successful candidate will have a track record in delivering high-quality care at home, with strong communication and leadership to support colleagues and service users.

Ideally, the candidate will have good knowledge of East Dunbartonshire, West Dunbartonshire and Renfrewshire, experience with rostering systems and scheduling care plans and rotas. There is an on-call requirement with additional payments.
