Senior Land Rights Manager – Scotland

Job Description

SSE’s SSEN Transmission in Scotland seeks a Senior Land Manager to secure and manage land and property rights for major capital projects.

You will lead landowner liaison, prepare wayleaves and compulsory purchase orders, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to support statutory applications.

Based from one of our Scottish locations (Perth, Inverness, Aberdeen or Glasgow), you’ll work with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
