Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor in year and future year capital expenditure for Social Security Scotland.
Work with Senior Leaders to develop a capital strategy.
Lead on development of financial tools and guidance to develop financial capability.

Requirements

• The successful candidate must be fully CCAB qualified, with up to date Continuing Professional Development.
• Experience in financial management of a complex capital programme.
• Demonstrable ability to develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
