Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Perth)

Job Description

Santander UK is recruiting a Customer Experience Advisor for the Perth Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling routine transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and supporting fraud prevention efforts.

You will build relationships, develop knowledge of Santander services, and identify ways to improve the customer experience.
