Job Description

Stephens Bakery is seeking a Bakery Operative in our Confectionery Department to produce top-quality goods while upholding food safety and hygiene standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, starting early and joining a team that values quality and care in every product.

With 39 hours per week across 5 days, you’ll learn on the job and contribute to a variety of confectionery tasks, from doughring to finishing touches.
