Care at Home Registered Manager (Discharge to Assess)

Job Description

British Red Cross in Scotland is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a Discharge to Assess service across South Ayrshire and surrounding areas. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure budgets and person-centred plans are effectively delivered.

The role requires SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and a PDA in Supervision (or equivalent), plus experience in care management and regulatory compliance.
